Charlotte is an excellent agent. She is reachable 24/7 and goes above and beyond her duty. She is resourceful and trustworthy. We live in California, and couldn't travel to Florida to sell the house. With Charlotte as an agent, I didn't need to travel to Florida because she took charge of the house, found excellent professionals to fix minor issues and even regularly went to the house to check three newly planted trees and watered them. You cannot ask for more than that!

I had met several agents before Charlotte and on the first meeting with her decided to go forward. She is a friendly personable professional. We got all the paperwork finished within a couple of days and my condo unit in Victoria Park was on the market. A contract was signed within 3 months and there were some complications that were worked out and we closed within a few weeks.
